SHIPPING POLICY
All UK orders are shipped using the Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded service and cost £4.99 per order. Delivery is within 3-5 working days after dispatch. A tracking number will be made available to you. All International orders are charged at £14 per order and are also tracked, with delivery 7-21 working days.

As all our products are made fresh after an order has been placed, we aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days.
RETURN POLICY
Orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been made as the item is immediately made fresh for you to be ready for dispatch as soon as possible.

Refunds and returns cannot be offered on items that have been opened. Please contact us if your item has arrived damaged or if you have any other questions regarding returns. All postage costs cannot be refunded once the service has been used.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payment: You can pay the total of your basket either by PayPal transfer to oilmeup@yahoo.com (please log into you Paypal account and choose 'Send Money' option). Alternatively you can choose to transfer the total to bank account: Halifax, Sort Code 11-08-27, Account Number 01455892, Name Liana Girdeniene. We will email you a confirmation once payment is received.
